Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC is an American brewing company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Since 2008, it has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) which also has its North American regional management headquarters in St. Louis.The original Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) was formed through successive mergers of three international brewing groups: Interbrew from Belgium, AmBev from Brazil and Anheuser-Busch. Hence, since 2008, Anheuser-Busch has been a division of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, now the world's largest brewing company.

A former sales manager shared this bittersweet review: "The are only three good things that came out of my experience at Anheuser-Bush: Paycheck, Benefits and Resume Enhancer. The workplace culture was hostile and toxic. The Senior Managers fueled and encouraged back-stabbing and lying. My particular division had an attrition rate of approximately 20%"

"I will try to keep this as factual as possible to help anyone considering this position at this location because I did not see any reviews for this location when I applied. If you are looking for a flexible work environment this is not for you. From what I remember the hours are not great the shifts are 5am-2pm, 12pm-8pm, 8:30-9pm-5am. You will start off on night shift because no one wants that shift. The night shift starts on Sunday. The shift is very repetitive work with a tough crew to please. It may be difficult to find someone to cover your shift. There is some training and then you are left to fend for yourself. There is a ton of young people trying to climb the corporate ladder as fast as possible, so people are not afraid to throw each other under the bus. You do not need to stick this out if you have a relevant degree with relevant experience. Please consider other options out there with day time working hours and a better environment. Also if you have a STEM degree the salary max is not comparable to market value."

"I worked for Anheuser Busch for one year as a Group Manager in Packaging. It was a miserable experience. I came in through the Brewery Trainee Program. The program was advertised as a 3 month rotational program where you are able to enter any of AB's numerous departments at its completion, this was not true. At the end of the program everyone was placed in packaging. To summarize my experience in the Packaging Department: - Cursed at daily by upper management for equipment breaking I had no control over - Managers expected 15min updates by phone call or text making it impossible to get anything done besides sending updates - Expected to arrive 2 hours before and stay at least an hour after each shift making at least 11 hour shifts - Culture of blaming others when things go wrong created hostility between co-workers - Constantly switching between shifts without warning makes impossible to have healthy work/life balance - Often told to come in early/ stay over with no prior warning - Have to burn vacation days to guarantee weekends or holidays off, otherwise expected to work 2 weekends a month, leading to 12 days on then 2 off - No lunch break, harassed by upper management if take a break to eat - High turnover, people constantly quitting - Bring in young managers with no intention of keeping them. Burn them out after a year or two and then bring in the next batch"

"Applied for internal position. Interview process was involved, comprising of both phone and in person interviews. Standard process, but was very surprised to learn that even current employees working hard for the company are ghosted. Got through the lengthy interview process which took approximately 1.5 months not to hear anything, even after thank you’s and follow ups. Not even an automatic response from the applicant tracking system."

"ABSOLUTELY WORST SUPPLIER IN NWA. Favoritism runs rampant. You will be worked like a dog. You will receive no training, career path, or job security. It is an ever revolving door of hirings and firings. The leadership is a complete joke. They do not care about their employees. They choose two or three favorites and let them boss everyone else around. You will receive just the bare amount to then be told what to do. There is no learning, no hope to be promoted. It is a 100% dead end job and they are completely okay with this. They lie and make it seem the opposite. So watch out. You are much better finding a place that fosters a healthy work environment and training for a career. Worst of all. They will fire you by giving you a all on a SUNDAY EVENING. They don't even have the courage to let you know in person. This happened to 15-20 of us. You can work your tail off and it doesn't matter"

"by far the worst kitchen you can work for at the Biergarten in St. louis. Poor management from kitchen staff, especially executive chef. You constantly have to watch your back. There is no job security and the kitchen conspires to fire people they don’t like. Poor communication skills and low pay for the amount of work you do on a daily basis. Not a good place to work and would not ever recommend to a friend. Management is the worst management I have ever seen, very very unprofessional. "Laid off and had to fight for unemployment benefits. Needed a lawyer, I eventually won. After going back and forth with corporate (who tried to say I quit even though I had a legal document saying I was being let go and getting severance). I did not get severance, and it took weeks to "win" unemployment, all because they LIED. Terrible experience. The job itself is fine, but you are working for a greedy corporation and are disposable."

"they overwork you and do not compensate you. the supervisors are very demanding and push you to work thru lunch and breaks. management ethics are really poor and they do not solve situations between employees and management, they usually just brush it under the rug. they need to do more random drug test and psychological evaluations on people before hiring them. its a nut house!"
